CPE/TPE Cast Embossed Film Extrusion Line

A CPE/TPE Cast Embossed Film Extrusion Line is a specialized polymer processing system that produces surface-textured films through a continuous manufacturing process. The system melts CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) or TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) materials, extrudes them through a flat die onto a chilled roller for rapid solidification, and then passes the film through an embossing station to imprint permanent 3D patterns. This integrated line combines precision extrusion, controlled cooling, and surface texturing to create films with enhanced aesthetics, improved functionality, and tailored physical properties for industrial and consumer applications.
