Zipper Bag Making Machine Bed Sealing
Bed Sealing is the primary cross-sealing and cutting station in a continuous zipper bag production line. It is the mechanical and thermal process where the heated sealing jaw presses the moving plastic film tube (with pre-attached zipper) against a stationary flat bed (anvil), simultaneously creating:
The hermetic bottom seal of one bag,
The top seal (located just below the zipper) of the next bag, and
A clean cut between the two sealed sections—thereby separating individual finished bags from the continuous tube
