Co-extruding molten plastic (LDPE, HDPE, or PP) into a tubular film while simultaneously forming the zipper track.

Blowing and cooling the film into a bubble, then flattening it into double-layered rolls with zippers.

Key Features & Process:

Extrusion & Blowing: Melts raw materials (LDPE, HDPE, or PP) and extrudes a tubular film. Air is injected to inflate the tube into a bubble, controlling thickness and width.

Zipper Integration: A zipper profile die co-extrudes the zipper track (male/female parts) directly into the film. Some machines use post-attachment methods to seal pre-made zippers onto the film.

Cooling & Flattening: The bubble is cooled by air rings and collapsed into a flat double-layered film with the zipper at the top.

Winding & Slitting: The film is trimmed, slit into rolls, or cut into bags.
